(Senior) Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will work with large enterprise deals, targeting an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of at least 250,000 EUR, with sales cycles spanning 12 to 18 months. Employing your expertise in consultative value selling, you'll collaborate with clients to grasp their urgent business needs, align with them on our product offerings, identify customized solutions with our Product and Engineering team, and deliver growth-oriented, valuable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include leading pitches, conducting demo sessions with needs assessments, crafting proposals, managing pipelines, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.

What you will do
  • Analyze client challenges in the automotive/mobility/technology sectors

  • Develop tailored business plans using Wunder Mobility's technology

  • Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for high-value enterprise deals

  • Build lasting client relationships through consulting expertise

  • Identify growth strategies to maximize client revenue

  • Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial deals

  • Exceed sales targets with strategic client engagement

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand enterprise clients' specific requirements and pain points

What you bring to the table
  • 3 - 5 years consulting background and/or B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Deep industry knowledge in automotive/mobility/technology

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and solution-based approaches

  • Great presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Energetic, proactive, and well-organized person with great multitasking and prioritization skills
