• Guide new customers through technical product setup, ensuring rapid adoption
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams for swift resolutions
• Provide timely and helpful customer support for existing customers (level 1 and 2)
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty
• Anticipate client needs, recommending tailored product usage and low-code solutions to drive success

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success and/or Customer Support
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Prior technical collaboration experience and a solid understanding of SaaS environments
• Skilled in understanding, interpreting and translating technical data to various stakeholders to drive product development 
• Fluency in English (additional language capabilities are a plus!)
