What your role will be

We are creating a talent pool of individuals in Banja Luka who are skilled in providing expert guidance, proactive support, and collaborative problem-solving to help customers achieve success with B2B products.

What you will do

Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
Product Documentation: Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases with technical information, use cases, and best practices.
Training: Conduct training for the customer success team, ensuring proficiency in our products, especially new developments.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams like account management and support to meet customer needs and identify improvement opportunities.
Customer Consultancy: Engage in project-based consultancy with clients, supporting account management to develop customized mobility solutions.
Technical Support: Provide guidance on product and technical issues, coordinating closely with the tech team for necessary information.
Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for proactive customer support and experience enhancement.

What you bring to the table

Customer Focus: You have 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role where you thrived on helping customers succeed. Experience with B2B SaaS solutions is a strong plus!
Communication Skills: You're a communication pro! You can clearly and effectively express yourself in writing and verbally, in English. Do you also speak German? That's a big plus!
Teamwork and Initiative: You're a self-starter who can take initiative and manage your own workload, but you also thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others toward a common goal.
Problem-Solving Prowess: You're a natural problem-solver who loves tackling challenges and finding solutions. You're not afraid to think outside the box and go the extra mile to help customers.
